SUPERFLUX LED
We supply four pin Superflux (Piranha) type LEDs containing up to 4 –chips based on 12mil size, up to 3-chips 14mil , up to 22mil 2-chips and single chip beyond 28mil plus combined chip sizes and wavelengths within the same package. Lens angles range from 40 degree to 120 degree and 3mm and 5mm in diametre, with various frame options to assit with heat dissipation plus the ability to provide shared anode and cathode or seperate anode and cathode (polarity chip dependant) per frequency.
