Configuaration: 1 x 1000um x 1000um  Chip or 3 x 600um x 600um chips. Max continuous forward current If: 400mA. Available in 395 nm, 400 to 405 nm, 410 nm to 415 nm , 415nm to 420 nm. Plus all visible including 633 nm, 650 nm, 660 nm. Blue, White, Green 535 nm.
