Available now. The high power 7070 Surface Mount LED package is available in the following wavelengths and configurations: 415 nm Wp 1 x 45 mil (1100um x 1100um) chip. Typical radiant flux is Po 200 mW @ 350 mA 633 nm Wp 1 x 45 mil (1100um x 1100um) chip. Typical radiant flux is Po 180 mW @350 mA 660 nm Wp 1 x 45 mil (1100um x 1100um) chip. Typical radiant flux is Po 180 mW @350 mA Combined 415 nm and 633 nm Wp 1 x 45 mil (1100um x 1100um) 2 chip. Typical radiant flux is Po 200 mW per chip @ 700 mA (other configurations available on request).
